Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery across all provinces of Nepal. Major cities are serviced within 1 to 3 working days, while remote areas may take 5 to 7 working days depending on local courier availability.

2. Delivery Partners

NDM uses reliable third-party logistics partners including domestic couriers and e-commerce fulfillment providers (e.g., NCM, GBL, local courier services).

3. Delivery Charges

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: Rs. 100 to 120 (depending on product weight)
• Outside Valley: Rs. 170 to 220 (based on district and package size)
• Free delivery on select promotional offers

4. Order Tracking

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unreachable contact, we will retry once. If unsuccessful, the order will be held for 5 days before cancellation.

6. Damaged Goods

Please inspect your package on arrival. If damaged, take a photo and report within 24 hours of delivery for refund/replacement eligibility.
